Many are the people who have little time to dedicate to physical exercise. Since we have to account not only for the duration of the session but also for all the travel time to and from training, taking a shower, etc. then you will have all the nexus to adapt the duration time of the session.

In this way, at RM Trainer there is a values table for 30-minute and 60-minute sessions.

However, if there is a need to adapt another option to your specific case, we will do so without any problem.

Regardless of how long it lasts, the session is guaranteed to be intense and tailored to you!

For shorter sessions, we will apply some strategies such as, for example, autonomous warm-up and relaxation, the number of sessions per week, etc.
