According to a MH´s article, researchers at the University of Nottingham, England, concluded that a good portion of vitamin D, in addition to strengthening your heart health and decreasing the possibility of suffering from depression, also helps to speed up your metabolism.
Everything is related to brown fat. Brown adipose tissue, when activated, can produce about 300 times more heat than any other tissue in the body, thus helping you to burn calories without additional effort.
Still, there is another way to benefit from this effect, which is related to exposure to the sun, which also helps to activate brown fat cells, so you can fulfill your fat burning goals while on the street, enjoying a beautiful sunny day.
In addition, researchers at the University of Alberta in Canada have proved that when there is sun exposure, your skin's health will also benefit, as fat cells tend to shrink.
When sunlight reaches these cells, the lipid droplets reduce their size and are released by the cells. For this reason, scientists argue that it is not possible to accumulate too much fat when there is too much sun exposure.
But RM Trainer warns that only sun exposure (which must be controlled and taken care of) will not be enough on its own to reduce the accumulation of body fat. It will be useless if you don't eat properly and if you don't exercise regularly.
