Depending on the type of exercises, your training can be sent to you through an APP to which all our customers have access, or it can be through a video recorded by your Trainer.
These trainings will always be oriented towards your goals and it will also be taken into account, not only the place where you will perform them, but also the material you may have.
Finally, your time availability will not be forgotten either. We often opt for short, intense workouts that you can easily fit into your daily routine, without excuses.
