- THERMOGENIC SPICES: the warm and stimulating properties of ginger are beneficial for fluid retention and swelling in the stomach area. Cinnamon will be a good weapon against cravings.
- FRUIT RICH IN FIBER: pear, apple or plum are good options to help you feel more satiated. In addition, they are a healthy and economical snack. Do not exceed three pieces daily.
- DRIED FRUITS: monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats are excellent in preventing cardiovascular pathologies, which are very associated with being overweight. In addition, they improve cholesterol levels.
- WHITE MEAT: turkey is a good example of this type of meat, being rich in protein and low in fats. White meats, if made with low fat, can influence the regulatory centers of appetite in the brain.
