Group training can be the best solution for those who feel more motivated and where they can push for their partner and also the opposite.
Despite training accompanied, the principle of individuality will always be respected, adapting the exercises to suit the individual goals of each one. The ideal is that both have the same goals, but if they are different, do not worry because your Trainer will adapt the exercises to each one taking into account possible individual limitations.
Preferably, the group should include two people. However, if you have a larger group, it will be a matter of contacting your Trainer to organize and plan the whole process.
