Under the terms of Law no. 144/2015 of 8 September, it is advised that in the event of a dispute over the supply of goods, the consumer (natural person when acting for purposes that are not included in the scope of his activity commercial, industrial, craft or professional) may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Body.
