RM Trainer is present in the areas of Vilamoura, Loulé and also in Sintra.
Within these areas it will be possible to adapt the training location, according to your preferences.
So, if you prefer to train in more reserved environments then your training will be directed to the Studio.
If you like to train outdoors, just arrange with PT a place near you for Outdoor training.
If you prefer to train in the comfort of your own home, just open the door and PT takes care of everything.
Finally, training can also be online if that's your wish.
