Help your body to purify itself and to resume those little habits that it had already incorporated, but that with the summer, it became more difficult to fulfill them.

We all know that it is difficult to resist meals at the beach bar, dinners and snacks at any time, after a dip in the sea, in the pool or simply after a nap.

And that is what summer has, it usually disturbs our routine and makes us lose the good eating habits that we have during the rest of the year, at the same time that it leads us to have the eventual excess of alcohol or sugar.

Now, with the return to the daily routine, it often happens that we want to lose those pounds gained in the past few months. But beware, the key is not to subject our body to extreme diets, but to recover these good habits and thus, detoxify our body and prepare it to return to the best shape.

In the RM Trainer´s opinion, we can help our body to return to its routine with a detox diet that favors the elimination of liquids and toxins and that is not necessarily limited to juices or shakes. In fact, there are a large number of foods that have cleaning properties and that, if we eat them, we will help to eliminate all residues.

These are some examples of easy and tasty recipes to encourage you to take the first step:

BREAKFAST

- Detoxifying and purifying in the açaí bowl: you can prepare it with the fruits you want, such as bananas, strawberries, grated coconut and spinach. To prepare it, it is necessary to mix the milk in a blender, add all the fruit and 50g of açaí powder. Serve in a bowl and garnish with shredded coconut, seeds, muesli or more fruit.

LUNCH

- Pasta: yes, pasta also detoxifies. You can opt for whole spaghetti with cauliflower and cherry tomatoes sauteed in oil and garlic. If you want, you can also add some prawns or a green salad.

SNACK

- Detoxifying juice with ginger and turmeric: mix the apples with a handful of parsley, a few slices of ginger, a squeezed lemon, a teaspoon of saffron and a pinch of pepper.

DINNER

- Tuna salad with chickpeas: prepare the grilled tuna loin and sauté some mushrooms. Also prepare a salad with chickpeas, tomatoes and rice. Serve it all together and enjoy it.

So, if you are interested in following a detoxifying diet or want to improve your diet, remember that physical activity is always the best complement to a good diet. So, if you decided to resume good habits, training again is one of them!
