RM Trainer cares about its customers, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. As such, it is not limited to accepting dietary excesses at Christmas but provides some strategies for a quick and effective recovery in advance.

So, here it is some tips to help you with this “detox”:

Increase your water intake and give preference to filtered water / Drink a glass of water with fasting lemon juice / Increase your mineral intake / Do intermittent fasting / Consume raw green leafy vegetables / Take a good probiotic supplement / Practice physical exercise , especially one that promotes sweating / Become aware of the breath and promote a deeper breath / Take a shower of hot water alternating with cold water.

In fact, detoxification is not only important after parties but throughout the year, because our body is under constant attack of toxins, which are present everywhere and are quickly stored in the tissues and cells of our body, affecting each of the same systems: metabolism, immune, digestive, nervous and circulatory systems.

In addition, as we age, our body's ability to process and eliminate toxins decreases.

An intoxicated body is half way to the appearance of diseases because it prevents the absorption of nutrients that the body needs to function.

So what can we do to help our body detoxify?

According to nutritionist Marta Cunha, two of the main ways the body gets rid of toxins is through the liver and digestive system. Therefore, supporting the digestive system is paramount to our overall health and well-being.

The liver is actually one of Organs most important organs in the body, it works tirelessly to detoxify the blood; produce the bile needed to digest fat; break down hormones and store essential vitamins, minerals and iron. When liver function is not optimized, we cannot properly digest food, especially fat.

Fortunately, you can help improve liver function by thoroughly cleaning the liver. There are several ways to promote this cleansing:

Eat a diet based on fresh, natural and organic foods, favoring grazing meat, sea fish, vegetables and unripe fruits. Avoid processed foods and hydrogenated fats.

Include vegetable juices in the diet. With a shake of fresh, organic vegetables, you can easily get the required 4-5 servings per day.

Coffee enemas help with constipation, reduce fatigue and help with liver detoxification.

Cardo Mariano is considered the “king” of detoxifying herbs, making it ideal for liver cleansing. Helps to eliminate heavy metals, medicines, environmental pollutants and alcohol in the liver.

Turmeric or turmeric reduces joint pain; it is an effective antidepressant; aid in digestion. It is currently being studied by scientists for the prevention of diseases such as: Alzheimer's, cancer, depression, osteoarthritis, breast health, prostate health and chronic pain.

The dandelion root has a natural diuretic effect, allowing the liver to eliminate toxins more quickly. It also helps to strengthen the immune system, balance blood sugar levels, relieve heartburn and symptoms of poor digestion.

With these tips it will then be much easier to recover from this festive season that is approaching. Have fun but do not lose all your physical form and the balance of your organism.

Happy Holidays!
