At RM Trainer we seek to provide a solution to each client, not only regarding their preference but also regarding what we believe is the best for their specific case.
In many cases, outdoor training works perfectly, where at an early stage, we take a greater approach to calisthenics training, teaching the client to use what is his best tool, his own body. Later, we add the use of training material/equipment.
In other cases, indoor training in a studio/gym equipped with machines will be more advisable.
In short, each case will be analyzed in detail, always taking into account the achievement of the results desired by the client. In the end, we will come up with the best solution together!
