Several studies in several countries, including Portugal, concluded that the vast majority of the population ended up adopting unhealthy habits which led them to put on weight. According to these studies, in Portugal the average weight gain is between 2kg and 3kg.

The main factors that led to these results are the lack of exercise, anxiety and excessive intake of food, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.

According to studies by the Pronokal group, in our neighboring country the population between 30 and 39 years old are those who have been less careful in terms of food.

The same surveys show that respondents now show some concern that they have put on weight, perhaps due to having entered the bathing season.

In addition to all this data, RM Trainer is proud to share that all the clients who decided to continue training in an accompanied manner, some through personal online training, others through personal monitoring in an App, all of them continued their evolution at physical level and had positive results, namely in terms of lost weight, loss of fat mass and obviously physical and mental condition having found a positive way to deal with the situation.

Congratulations to all of them for the excellent results!

RM Trainer is totally in solidarity with everyone and understands that some have been significantly more affected than others and that no one was prepared for a worldwide pandemic situation. However, he also argues that we all have a responsibility to look after ourselves and our health. Regardless of the inherent difficulties, there is always time to take care of us and this should be a daily habit, without excuses!
